Terms and conditions;:

• All items should be put in a good quality, clean bin liner or chaff bag with contact details clearly listed.
• Any rugs for repairs or reproofing must be clean, otherwise there will be additional charges for washing.
• Once items are dropped off at location, we approximate anywhere up to 7 days for the required services to be completed.
• Once items are finished, you will receive an invoice and payment is to be received prior to collection.
• We do not take responsibility for any additional damage that may occur during rug repairs, washing, or reproofing.
